Hussain Swajani is Chairman of DAMAC Properties in Dubai

DAMAC Properties is a large real estate development company, and its headquarters is located in Dubai. The founder and owner of the company is Hussain Sajwani, who serves as its Chairman. The company originated in 2002. Since then, the company has developed over 44,000 units.

DAMAC Properties has successfully completed development projects for luxury hotels and resorts, luxury residential units, towers, and golf courses. In its early days, DAMAC was a small start-up company, and its initial property development projects were limited to a few small hotels in Dubai. Today, the company is a premier real estate developer, and Hussain Sajwani employs over 2,000 people. It originated as the result of a vision that entrepreneur and DAMAC owner Hussain Sajwani had, for the future of a built-up, bustling, and thriving city of Dubai.

He was born into a middle-class family. His father was an entrepreneur. He owned and operated his own shop. As a young man, Hussain left for the United States to attend the University of Washington. During his first years out of college, he was in the field of finance. Hussain did very well, and his career was rapidly advancing. However, he was not happy, and he wanted to run his own company.

He started a food catering business, which became very successful, and it is still in operation in the Middle East. His next business venture was in real estate, and DAMAC Properties was created. It is a multi-billion-dollar company, at which Hussain Swajani has dealings with many high-profile individuals, including Donald Trump.

He partnered with Donald Trump to create and develop The Trump Estates at DAMAC Hills. This is a prestigious, brand new golf community, consisting of high-end, luxury residential homes, and it is located in Dubai. It is ideally situated on the premises of the new Trump International Golf Club in Dubai.

Hussain Swajani contributes a great deal to charity organizations as an individual, as does his company, DAMAC Properties. One of his many contributions recently went towards the Compassion Campaign, to which Hussain contributed $2 million to assist in their efforts to clothe needy children.
